The author index links to Shingetsu Newsletters that are written in part or in full by authors other than Executive Director Michael Penn. It does not include the commentary posted at the end of some newsletters. The index is currently updated through 2008. More recent newsletters are not yet included. The Author Index is divided into two broad categories as follows:

Shingetsu Members

Non-Shingetsu Members

The category “Shingetsu Members” refers to authors who are or have been direct recipients of the Shingetsu Newsletter. “Non-Shingetsu Members” refers to authors who had not joined the Shingetsu list as of the end of 2008.
